Both cats were on the bed at 5 am this morning. It was idyllic, with a subtle underlying tension. The big cat by my head, and then at his place on the outside corner of the bed, the little cat by my knees. The dog was sleeping peacefully in her kennel.

Subtle underlying tension...haha. At 5 AM here, Farley was bouncing off the walls ready to greet the day with unbounded enthusiasm.

Tea received! Thank you so much! I am not drinking it yet because I'm drinking coffee. But I will try it this afternoon and report back.

They are doing great, I am proud of them all. Cisco did some laps this morning, he was ready to play but Bo didn't want to.

I am glad that the tea has reached you and look forward to your report!

I'm drinking my tea. It's letting me down gently from my morning coffee rush. Do you know anything about it? It tastes unfamiliar.

I sometimes miss having a pet reluctant to partake in physical activity. Oh well. Someday Farley will be old and gimpy and I'll pine for his glowing days of youth.

I only know that it is made of one kind of herb and had what looked like a segmented leaf on the box. Metta bought it in Taiwan and there were three of those packages in the box. I don't think Metta knows pinyin but I will try to get the name transcribed for you next week.

The dog was bouncing up and down and barking to go on her walk, but when I opened the door and she got hit with the humidity she decided not to. Maybe tomorrow. The thunder really scared her.

Farley's oblivious to thunder. But he hates hammering. Dogs are funny that way.

No worries about the tea; I was just curious. It did seem to have a calming effect.

I would love to know what it is...
