Apparently the deal with my doctor is that he was trained in the UK and is writing and studying for licensing exams in Canada. I am stuck, mid-titration, with no one to prescribe the next bump up on my medication.

So you are a victim of bureaucracy? That is absurd.

It's all about the bureaucracy and "absurd" is absolutely the right word, thank you.

On the other hand I am looking forward to working on a Kierkegaard and Nietzsche and narrative style and silence project during reading week next week and it would help if I wasn't feeling like I was starving the whole time. This means that the medication travails will continue through final exams, so I am going to have to make an appointment with academic advising so that hopefully I can graduate on the work I've already done and finish these classes up as I can. My mother will throw a fit at me if I don't graduate in May.
